I ALWAYS SEE COPS AND AMBULANCES OUTSIDE AND PEOPLE FIGHTING. THE MAINTENANCE NEVER COMES WHEN YOU CAL THEM. IVE BEEN ROBBED HERE.ITS NOISY. ITS NOT THE BEST PLACE TO LIVE.
