Good to worse From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/22/2004 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2004   I have lived here since 1996 when I was in High School. Then I moved into my own apartment with my kids. I have never had any problems with the staff or the residents. I have lived in 4 different units, and the last one seems to be the reason why I am leaving. The neighbors are out till all times of the night smoking weed and talking on the stairs. They are rude, play their music loud with no concern if people are sleeping, and I am talking after 10 pm, it is ridiculous. The manager in the office, Debra, she is wonderful, always does her best to make everything easier. It is just the kids now and days don't respect anyones property, probably cause they get it from their parents. Place is getting more and more ghetto by the day, and the crime and loitering is just getting worse. Maintenace team is wonderful, if the people in the office would learn how to take work order. Asst. Manager- DION- rude as hell, very unprofessional, always acts like he has a stick up his butt, hopefully he never runs the place. Other than him and the bad kids, and the cons they let move in complex would be great.
