Greenhouse Patio Apartments

pooh From: kevoaf Date posted: 6/29/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I lived in greenhouse since 2/2001 and overall haven't had any major problems.By me working at night sometimes the kids can be noisy,but kids have to get out an play.The maintence is good.They always come within a reasonable time and always clean up behind themselves.The grounds are kept clean everyday and hedges are kept cut.There are no assigned parking,but the only problems are on the weekend when people have company or when the Clubhouse is rented out.The office staff is nice.I had to go meet with Degra the manager for problems that my son got into with some other kidsand I can truely say things were conducted in a professional matter and with respect for all parties.For as safety I haven't had any problems(Thank GOD).In the beginning the crime rate was high,but now with security things are better.
