Take this as a warning...... If you are a single woman living alone (or with a roommate for that matter) for the sake of your own safety do not move into Greenhouse Patios. Yes, the rent is cheap. But cheap rent is not worth you getting killed, raped, or robbed. I lived in that complex for 8 years. I was mugged in broad day light and my apartment was ransacked while I was at work. About 20% of the people who live in there a honest, hardworking people. The other 80% are thugs....plain and simple. They'll rob you just as soon as look at you (or worse). The apartment complex claims to have monitored security alarms. THAT IS A FLAT OUT LIE. Those alarms aren't monitored by anybody. They're just there to give you the illusion that the management gives a rip, but they really don't. Don't believe that for one minute. If you own ANYTHING worth stealing, just don't move there. Like I said, if you a a tough guy and you think you can handle it, I guess you know what you are doing. But if you are a single woman or a single mother who cares about the safety of her children, I STRONGLY advise you to look elsewhere. You might pay a little more, but atleast you'll be alive. I barely got out of there with my life myself, but it took me being MUGGED AND BURGLARIZED to finally wake up and smell the coffee. Don't end up like I did, just keep away from that place.
