TODAY I FOUND OUT THAT THE ONLY WAY TO BREAK A LEASE HERE AT, GREENHOUSE PATIO APARTMENIS, IS IF YOU GO TO THE MILATARY: THIS IS WHAT THE MANAGER TOLD ME TODAY 4/7/08.
A 22 YEAR OLD GOT SHOT TO DEATH TODAY.I WANT THEM TO CLOSE DOWN. PLEASE DONT EVEN TRY TO MOVE DOWN HERE!!!!

Wow! So it is true. Not the first to die here and perhaps not the last! A girlfriend of mine told me that a guy was murdered here but when I got word from another friend that a young man was murdered on property I started to take notice. I did ask one of the staff members to day who told me that he was not aware of any murder here. I heard that the murder was infact drug related. But then again that could be hearsay. Who Knows? When death comes for you it comes. Sometimes we rush death to us by the decisions that we make. I have been living here for many years and I have encountered problems with management which I resolve through documentation, the dispute resolution center and the H.A.A. Management here is trying real hard to clean up all the mess this complex was in. GIve them some credit. I do things professionally and I have respect for the staff and they respect me in return. Your personal saftey revolves around YOU. DO NOT TRUST ANYBODY. NOT EVEN YOUR NEIGHBOURS. Choose your friends wisley. Whenever you leave your apartment especially after you have company, make sure all your windows are locked etc before you walk out and lock the door behind you. Do not ever open your door to someone you do not know even if they call you by name whether it be day, night or early morning time. Do not check your mail box at night and do not be afraid to call the police to report suspicious activity. The only reason why these lazy ass no working weed headed gang bangers hang around who don't even live on the property is because we have tenants who are harbouring them. These are the tenants that we do not need! WE have to take a stand and care and clean up our community. If you see something, say something or report is anonymously. Tell the police not to personally come to your apartment. It is really sad. My heart goes out to the young man who was killed. My heart goes out to his family and friends.
