I lived here for a year with my boyfriend at the time. Very well kept property and nice neighbors and a good amount of guest parking. Any time there was a situation such as car break ins, etc the office would leave a note on everyone's door notifying them. I lived next to one of the pools and only once did I have a situation where there were people in there late at night being loud. What I really didn't care for was their "security guard" situation. They changed them out quite often, some I liked more than others...There was one lady there a few years back that would basically just harass people and make it difficult for friends to come in. I know they have them for safety reasons but them being there doesn't make much of a difference, in my opinion.
