Cute for the Inner City

As one knows, you have to compromise a bit when you want to live near the Inner City. This place is cute and inexpensive for it's location. The layout makes for difficult move- in so let the movers do it. If you have more than one car, the parking sucks and is on the street and parallel. It is a pretty quiet community. If you are going to move to it in the next year or 2 do so. The lady in the office is slipping and letting some bad people move in. It's not loud at night.
