This place is worse than living in a dorm. After turned in my 30 day notice when my lease was up after a year I was convinced to stay by a rent decrease and promise of new carpet (carpet was never replaced). Huge mistake. There are rats in the courtyards, serious roach problems, serious noise problems, very poor parking conditions (my car has been damaged becase of parking in the garage, the garage floods every time it rains), the management is AWFUL...I'm not sure if they even exist seeing as how everytime I go to the office I am greeting with a "we'll be right back" sign. The maintenance is non existant. I was without an air conditioner for over a week in JULY because they didn't have time to replace it. I have called the police on the people upstairs from me over three times and they still live there. The new manager was no help. As long as she was invited to the party she wasn't concerned with who was bothered by it. The walls are like paper, I hear phone coversations and worse from next door including incessant thumping from stereos. If you like hell, this is your place.
