This quaint 100-unit courtyard has generous floor plans and huge closets. Rent is less than surrounding properties, with no amenities. They recently resurfaced the pool but the $ would be better spent repairing the massive water leaks around the pool; the garage always has standing water from the leaks; my water bill this month is over $25 and my neighbor's is $60!'! Apts don't have water meters; seems like they pull prices out of thin air. Car thefts continue and crime is up since Lakewood Church moved in. Maintenance man is incompetent. The new manager Nicole is responsive and personable. If you can live with only one parking space and lots of animals around, you'll like it here.
