There is dog poop all over the place, but that is because of irresponsible dog owners. Management should do a better job of cleaning up though, and maybe provide more clean up stations and a flyer explaining what residents should do if they encounter poop or own a dog. Parking is horrible, but additional parking is available if residents ask (Access to the alternative lot leaves a lot to be desired). Flooding in the parking garage is a huge problem when it rains. Maintenance calls take forever to be answered. A fellow resident told me that he had to fix a problem with his AC himself because no one ever came. Neighbors are surprisingly friendly as is the staff and the management keeps residents informed on the goings on of the apartment. I have read some other recent reviews, and the reviewers (who I think might be the same person) seem to have something personal against the complex I would take their word with a grain of salt. The complex is far from perfect, but it is a good place for the price and the convenience of the location. I don??t think I will renew my lease, but I will not discourage other people from renting here as long as they are informed.
