I have lived here for a year now, and will be moving in 3 weeks. If you aren't a picky person, these apartments are just fine. Parking: The underground garage floods almost every time it rains. There is only one assigned spot per apartment (in the creepy garage...) and everyone else has to park on the streets or at a church lot next door. The church lot is well lit, but it tends to fill up quickly after/during rain or storms. Also, be prepared to walk for a while from this parking lot to your apartment. Exterior: Decent, but plants tend to be overgrown. If you can't handle roaches and rats, don't move here. It's not very secure as far as gates are concerned. You can basically walk right in off the street. Interior: The carpet and walls are decent, with crown molding. The kitchens have fairly cheap, old appliances. My refrigerator and food disposal broke several times. The stove top is uneven, which is hard for cooking, and stinks when it's turned on. The bathtubs are simply painted over, and it will start to peel pretty quickly. Closet space is terrible!!!! No walk-ins, and no hallway closets. If your bedroom window faces the walkway, you will hear every sound (footsteps, talking, etc.)Very small laundry facility, I've had to wait for a long time almost every time I do laundry. Oh, and I would recommend getting the trash pickup, otherwise, you have to walk pretty far to the dumpster on the back end of the property. Management is nice, but very informal and sometimes they are hard to catch. For all you women, be prepared to be gawked at by most of the maintenance/construction employees. My experience here has not been unbearable, but a lot of little things are very inconvenient. So, if you're a picky person, I would not recommend this place.
