When Ike hit, it was Tuesday before anyone checked on us...

The apartment Beast came in to LEASE an apartment before she cared to see if anyone was even ok. This was after some of our roofs caved in and/or blew away.

There's a woman who claims to be a temp running the place DURING A CRISIS! She has had all the carpet ripped up in my apartment and threw away all my food. She claims that the timing is "tentative" for when I'll get carpet back in my apartment, and she has threatened to take us to court if we try to leave. There are nails sticking up on my floor. She's big and fat and mean. Her name is Christy. She screams at people, and she'll harass your emergency contacts. The parking area floods, and there are plenty of roaches here to keep you company. Don't live here.... Oh yeah, and the tubby ----- is making sure the rent goes up as well before she makes her grand and thunderous exit.

I miss Kathy!!!

I've had my car broken into numerous times, but that may change because there's a Costco coming across the street.

There's only enough parking for one car here.

The real manager's name is Nicole. Boy, we used to think SHE was a -----, but did I mention the new tubby ----- who sucks' Buy her a hamburger; maybe that'll cheer her up.

I agree with you,I think it was not right the way people were treated after the already horrendous incident they just went through.They don't have enough apartments to put tenants whose apartments have completely got trashed.They are not at all helpful.Nicole and Christy both are just rude and disrespectful,I hope the management does something about this.The security is bad here,our bicycles have been stolen quite a few times even when they are chained.The cars get broken into or sometimes all the tires are missing.We all have to live in apartments without carpets and with lots of dust that came out from under the carpet.It is so dangerous as there are nails sticking out and they want to put bleach on the floors while tenants are living there.I don't know how people who have breathing problems or asthma are supposed to live and sleep under these conditions.I hope the new owner gets a new management company as Capstone has never done anything for the tenants and they don't listen to our concerns.They don't check on their managers to see how they behave with their tenants.

I feel a little immature about the manner in which I wrote about the temp, Christy, but SERIOUSLY!!! I hate my home, and I used to love it. I found out that they're NOT supposed to renovate while we are living there. Capstone Realty owns this property for now (I think) and their number is 281-893-8852. This justifies a class-action law suit if we can all get together. I know a girl who wants to pass out fliers to the residents...

I just walked today to the office to ask if I could keep my mail coming for couples weeks since my new place is only available til the end of the month. As I was entering the office big mama came to me and started this mean conversation out of the blue. It took me several minutes to understand what the hell she was talking about. Finally she told me that I need it to sing a "letter" that will give up my rights as tenant. In other words that everything inside my destroyed apartment can be damaged at my expense. She tried to be rude to me but I turn the tables thanks to my training working with trouble kids. Next time I am not going to be so nice!!!
