This is by far the worst place I have ever lived in my life.
REASONS WHY THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!!!
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1.) The pool area should be condemned
1a.) ROACHES EVERYWHERE... THIS PLACE IS NASTY!!!!
2.) The Garage floods... Constantly has water in it (even when it does not rain)
3.) Crime is ever-present
4.) The Management company, CAPSTONE (EXPECIALLY THE MANAGER NICOLE) is the worst ever.
5.) They will let anyone in this place since it is almost totally vacant.
6.) The construction is hideous/noisy/dirty/dangerous
7.) Most of the people who live here are nasty and creepy
8.) The Management company, CAPSTONE (EXPECIALLY THE MANAGER) is the worst ever.
9.) The management does not care about you.
10.) The office is never open
11.) I have to pray to get anything in my apartment working
12.) I have to pray to get maintenance to show up to fix the things that do not work.

They will try to trick you by giving you months and months of rent for free like I GOT TRICKED!!!!... DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AS SOON AS MY LEASE IT UP I AM OUT OF THIS HELLHOLE
