I moved to GF in 2000, and before LMC tookover it was great! Now the grounds are unkempt, parking is ALWAYS an issue, and my unit was overcome by mice at one point!
I would not suggest anyone live here longer than 6 mos b/c by then you will have experienced the "helpful" staff and will be more than ready to move.
Residents let their pets run loose, park their BOATS where it blocks 2 or 3 spaces, and the gym/business centers are a joke!

AS A RESIDENT AT GREENWOOD FOREST I STRONGLY DISAGREE WITH THIS REVIEW I ALSO LIVED HERE BEFORE LIFESTYLE PURCHASED THE PROPERTY IN 2002 SINCE THEN THE PARKING HAS GOTTEN SO MUCH BETTER SINCE THEY WERE ABLE TO ADD SO MANY SPOTS BY REMOVING SOME OF THE SMALLER TREES AND THEY ENFORCED PERMIT/VISITOR PARKING INSTEAD OF ASSIGNED PARKING. I CAN'T COMMENT ON MICE BECAUSE I HAVE NEVER HAD THAT PROBLEM IT MAY HAVE TO DO WITH HOUSEKEEPING. THEY REMOLDED THE BUISINESS CENTER AND ADDED FREE WEIGHTS. IN ADDITION THEY POSTED A GATE ATTENDANT AND STARTED MONTHLY ACTIVITIES (NEVER HAD BEFORE)

which one are you? a manager or a resident? One minute you are acting like a satisfied resident and then the next like the manager. I just stopped there to find out some info on these apts and there was no gate attendant and i could not get in touch with anyone in the office so that I could get in to take a look at the place. An unavailable staff does not leave a good impression on possible future residents.

That's funny you say before LMC took over there were no parking problems because as a matter of fact the new company went in and added parking spaces. So I'm not understanding that comment. Before the apartments next door were built it was all forest. That's why the animals that were living there came over here. Maybe you should complain to the city who let them remove the forest instead of the people in the office. How are you gonna say the gym & business center are a joke when you moved in was the same. If you didn't like it when you moved in the why sign a lease and then complain about it.
