I read reviews of these apartments before I moved in. They were mostly negative, but the apartments looked pretty nice for a not so bad price. The management is the worst. I've never had such a difficult experience before. They are mean, call incessently, charge for any and all things they possibly can. You will not get deposits back for anything. They are mean. One person will tell you one thing, another will tell you something else. They all think they know what they're saying, but the honest truth is, they don't know anything at all. I would never recommend for anyone to ever live here. Pay a higher price if you need to, or you will be living in Hell. They come into your apartment all the time for whatever reason they decide to give you that day. The gate has not worked half the time I lived here. They tow people if you're parked in a permit spot for ten minutes even though there isn't enough parking for anybody. The walls are paper thin, and they don't fix anything in your apartment. I hate to be this negative, but this place is honestly horrible.

Where should I begin? You probably didn't get your deposit back because you had that handicap dog you never took out to use the bathroom so he had to go all over the floor. You can see the visitor parking and that's where your husband parked all the time & then one day parked in a permit & that's when he got towed. It was not for 10 minutes it was more like 2 months. Maintenance men are wonderful. You said they don't fix anything, that is completely not true. The gate was broke because someone forced it open. Didn't you see his picture posted at the card box & in the mailroom? I think that it is you who does not know anything. Every rule was in writing when you moved in and you chose to break them. As far as the gate... you signed saying that the gate could be removed at any time. How smart are you now? You typed a word above "incessently"? What is that? Maybe you should learn how to spell instead of wasting your time writing on here.

Must have been one of the past employees. Thank goodness they are gone and Staci has hired some decent people.
