It's a very peaceful environment surprisngly. After about a yr. of utter peacefulness, we got some noisy upstair neighbors who were just very heavy footed, who we had to report a couple of times, but after while the noise died down, and we got over it. The parking could be better, there seems to be more parking for visitors than for those with permits on my side, however I do appreciate that they enforce towing for violators, and keep strict watch on the parking lot and property. I also appreciate that they enforce pet owners pick up there pets feces by putting a little station that provides bags & a little bin on each corner. Were very comfortable here with the spacious living, extremely large windows, 9 foot ceilings, 10" crown molding, garden tub, and huge walk-in closets. The parking lot never has any screaming running kids or loud music booming, and I like the valet garbage pick-up and how they keep after the property. It's a joy compared to some hell holes I've lived in. I particurlary enjoy living here, because of it's location and the flex pay, I think that the managers are very nice. My husband and I are amazed at how we can be right next to FM1960 and not hear the traffic and cars passing by.
