I have lived here almost 2 years now and have really enjoyed it. Every day I come home I notice the grounds crew working. That in itself is satisfying that they care enough just for the appearence of the apartments that they are constantly busy. I have had my A/C stop working one time and they were there first thing in the morning to repair it. I have had a few noisy neighbors but it seems as if they cycle out pretty fast. The pricing structure is low enough for the working class to have a comfortable lifestyle while it's still high enough to keep out the trash. They publish a nice newsletter each month with various events they are hosting along with reminders for rules that need to be inforced. However the reminders are polite and tactful. The last apartment I lived in they used to stick bright red notices on everyones door shouting what you can't do. I haven't had a problem with management ever. Admittedly I hardly ever have a need to go into the main office since I can pay my rent over the phone. There are kids playing and even a few elderly people who like to sit under the corner shade tree when weather permits. That helps with the sense of community.

I highly recommend this place for those that are quiet, know how to read parking signs and don't try to bypass the communities rules. For those that have a hard time respecting other people around you I would suggest going across the street to those apartments.

My current lease is up in September so I'm looking for another apartment. For some insight, I look up comments on this website about any complex I'm considering moving into. It's painfully obvious that someone in the leasing office is desperate to keep ratings at this complex as high as possible. I would never feel comfortable renting from such crass, immature, and deceitful office personnel. This website is meant for RENTERS, not lease consultants and management that want to toot their own horn! As a former apartment manager, I feel that if you were doing your best to make your residents feel at home, the comments from renters will be mostly positive--WITHOUT YOUR OWN INPUT. Sure, some idiot renters have a field day on this website, posting negative comments about everything from the kind of wallpaper in their bathroom to the color of their carpet. This is to be expected, not reciprocated! Grow up and take criticism like the man or woman you should be. Anybody with good sense can tell when someone is full of crap! I definitely don't have a good opinion of the property management company responsible for hiring unprofessional people like this...
