Greenwood Forest Apartments has a very unprofessional team. The manager is very rude, unprofessional, and does not have any patience for problems. She is not good with follow-up calls. The parking is terrible; the spots are too small, and there is not enough parking for the residents. The gate is occasionally broken. The air-conditioners are old, and if you do not place it at a low level then it will not cool the apartment. The sewer system has alot of issues. My mirror was stolen off of my automobile. The apartment team will enter your apartment without letting you know.

i agree that the management is unprofessional. staci the business manager was very rude. she called me when I did not ask for a call from her. and she hung up in my face. and admitted that she did it when I called her back.there are also problems with my sewer lines, the garbage disposal has stopped up over 3 times.also there are not enough parking spaces now.when i initially moved in there were plenty. now I have to walk almost a block to my apt.

yes the manager is very rude and thinks she is better then everyone the worst thing about it she is also the supervisor so when you ask for her boss she laughs in your face and says their is no one above her but the great thing about houston you can move to another apt complex and leave this place empty. no point and going into the office they think you are are burden to let them now what goes on on the property but they wouldnt know because they dont live here.

Future residents..go talk to them yourselves. Miss Patricia has too much time on her hands to keep up with this stuff and I think she has a chip on her shoulder. Maybe she's mistaking straight and to the point for rude. Staci has always been nice with me. Maybe not overly bubbly and fake, but never rude.

I have just moved in and I am very glad that I did. The grounds are spotless, the place is beautiful, and everyone is so friendly. Any needed repair work is done that very day. I feel safe enough at night that I can go out at midnight and walk to the mailbox. I have lived at many apartments and this is the best place ever. It is apparent that whoever placed the negative review is a bitter person and does nothing but lie. II have met with several others renters here and they are all VERY happy with this place. It is like living at a resort here. This place is heaven. patricia334 I think, no I know that you are full of it. The Perez Family #1026

yes Staci/manager is very rude the worst thing about it she is also the supervisor. So when you try and speak to a higher-up she practically scoffs in your face. She has no compassion or for the feelings of others. Living here is great with the exception of her. I just avoid her at all costs, and enjoy my right to live there, and come out of the office as I please. I don't let her coldness and presence deter me from using the perks, I'm paying for them anyways aren't I? Perks (business center, starbucks coffee, pastries, and the gym)
