They have a new office staff that replace the old one, they are much nicer and very helpful. Lived here for two years and staying another year now since the old staff is gone, the old staff was rude and you never wanted to go into the office for the fear of them talking down to you. They are making changes which is making my neighbors and me happy.

The new supporting staff may show a good professional out look, but the manager is still there, and she still display that old unprofessional behavior.

i feel very ashame that the manager has to bring it her self once again to add a comment on here of how good the new staff is. the old staff was not replace they just refuse to move in people who had felonies and bad credit and lease violations just to make the property look full. if you look on the comments from the past you will see that the manager place most of them.of course when you get new people they are going to do everything possible to look like they really care but they dont they just dont want lifestyle management at 909 fannin st suite 3210 houston texas 77010 to take away their paycheck. the property is just moving anyone in. go into the office and ask the manager a question you will see that she will tell you to come back and have time right now and when you give notice then she wants to call you after you found a new place. i have lived here over five years and have talk to the previous staff and got there side of view and they all were leaving anyway because they did not want to manage a place that only cares to smile in your face when you come into the office but not really care when you leave. the manager needs to be fired. my lease is up in june and i am out of here, at least the old people got my work orders done and you saw them. the office is a mess and know one can answer your questions right away only take down your number and call you back.

HHMMMMM...funny. I've called many times. I think 2 of the twenty times they took my number and called back. Otherwise, they answered my questions.
