I've lived here for nearly 4 years and the rent just keeps going up while the place keeps deteriorating before my eyes. This used to be a nice place to live that I used to love to call home. They try to disguise it with the new upgrades but that's only for new move ins! They are trying to blind the newcomers with the New upgrades. The truth is that no one in that office treats you with dignity or respect except for Kristi. If it were not for Kristi I wouldn't even fathom living here, but she makes it all tolerable for the extent or duration of my lease. She has excellent customer service and great communication skills. Staci on the other hand speaks condescendingly to the residents, and is very harsh and severely rude and lacks tact. I can't stand her and hope that someone realizes she's got to change or she's got to GO! Speaking of trash it's gotten out of control the blue-ish monstrosity at the end of the parking-lot (near building #9), that disgusting dumpster (recently placed at least 6 months ago) is frequently over-flowing with all kinds of trash (beer bottles, diapers, furniture, etc.), in the parking lot, in & around landscaping! Not to mention parking is a nightmare, and is a frustrating rat race! Furthermore, I absolutely hate that whenever someone takes a shower or flushes there toilet upstairs you can hear the water gushing through the pipes because of poor insulation in your Living room! It's so embarrassing to have friends over! Children use the parking lot as a playground...the poor things are bored to tears...a good park would fix that. Worst of all, guys loitering about smoking weed and drinking beer outside just really cheapens the whole place! Since when was that allowed'''' The place has deteriorated, and has really become more and more ghetto over the past year. I could be paying alot cheaper rent if I wanted to live in the ghetto! I payed the HIGHER rent because I thought I was paying for a serene, and clean community instead it's turning into an Over-priced slum!
