I have,and will again, recomend this complex to my freinds, The ladys in the office have always helped me with everyyhing in a timly maner. yet If you have any problems such as,water leaks, garbage disposal,faucets etc. with your fill out w/o a responce is, Prompt, not next week!!!.the maintenance crew is a small, yet efective crew. It's easy to over look things around you on a daily baces ,but have you realy looked' there is always something going on in the office for the RES,and the CHILDREN!! live'n here has been Pleasent and SAFE,who has'nt noticed the extra lighting' or guy on the cart all hours of the night! for WHO'S safty is this! I can and do speek very highly of this complex. over the last 20 years of travel, liveing in complexes throuhgout the USA,I find Greenwood Forest to be overall FIVE STAR PLUS. Look at the overall picture before you judge ,look about youself''' then react!!!!!!!!!
