I agree with the great staff at Greenwood as they are the best. My main concern is some of the residents who look to be quite shady, maybe even criminal. I'm not sure what kind of background checks are performed but I am concerned. I am hoping my rent does not increase again as although there are plenty of amenities, there are other places that offer the same. I do wonder how some of the individuals I am seeing afford the rent I pay. Another thing is the front landscape lately. The flowers are mostly dead and doesn't look good for first appearances. The numerous tress however are nice. Overall I give Greenwood a 7 on a scale of 1-10.

Bite a bean bag, I'm 24 and probably dont dress "business like", so do you wonder how i pay rent? Honestly, move to the other apartment complex across the street jerk. In addition, you ever consider that the flowers are not annual flowers? Has your car or apt ever been broken into? naysaying(*sp) jerk. As a 24 year old single female looking for an apartment I truly appreciate the concerns noted above. Also, thank you for the return reply- because of you I am not even planning on visiting this apartment complex!

And due to the first response that is exactly what I am talking about. Nobody said anything about being racist....just that the looks of some of the residents are of gang member types. It's people like you who make the long term residents move out. I will take your thug comment as a terroristic threat and report it to the sheriff's department. Then you can end up back in jail where you probably have been many times. To anyone who is a professional and not a thug....don't rent here....

There reason why there are people that look like they can not afford the rent is because that can't. The rent gets jacked up so high that there is no money left to move out to another apartment when you want to leave. Greenwood sucks. They jacked up my rent, AC never works right, stuff on my patio have been destroyed and Stacie does not care about it. One of the office stole a wedding ring that was turned in and nothing was done about it. I know because I turned it in. I then found the owner but when they went to get the ring they were asked, what ring? As for the thugs... Many of them do not live here. They come from the rats hole apartments across the street and hang out here. They swim and trash our pools, sleep in our work out room, trash the grounds, and steal items. In fact I did see 2 gang members hanging out at the stairs near the office. I know what gang members look like, I worked for mall security for several years and can spot them a mile away. When I talk to Stacie about the problems here and safety issues she told me that I am never happy here. Well when my safety is in question then yes I will not be happy until they are corrected. For the first comment... You will not be happy when they raise your rent, your car gets trashed, apt gets broken into, and your AC keeps breaking. GREENWOOD FOREST SUCKS

The first response says it all about the class of person she truly is. We, educated people (I paid for it myself working 2 jobs) do not speak or act like that. People like you is what we talk about. Are you listening Greenwood? Who is being rascist?. It is not the dress, it is the CLASS.
