I have lived at GWF for 5 years, I used to set up corporate apts, that is how I found GWF, I loved all the trees and the landscaping, now it is all gone, there is no shade around the pool at all, since they let Mike go, there is people all hours of the night at the pool leaving it trashy, with all the constructions going on there is trash all over the parking lot, and at the back of the apartment someone has dumped trash and mattresses it is a RATS Heaven, No rules are inforced, patios are full of trash, bikes, tables, boxes ect. People wait until the office closes and they push through or tail gate into the complex and swim in our pool or go to our work out center that we pay for.. No rules are inforced, Mike inforced them.. Trash is out the night before and cats and dogs strew it all over. I have watch the construction workers and they cut the boards too short and just seem to be patching things instead of reparing them, NOT A PRETTY COMPLEX ANYMORE Kristi and Mike need to come back.........

I agree with all. I live here and is sucks now. The only ones writing good reviews here are the staff and friends of the staff. This was once a heaven to live in. Now it is hell.
