Model vs. my aparment

I have lived her now for over a year I recently moved into what they call an upgraded apartment. I looked at the model and agreed to move as I was told I would have to next time my lease was up. I saw the model again recently and asked why my apartment does not look like the model. I am supposed to have laminate flooring in the dinnig room area and I have carpet, and I am supposed to have it in the foyer area but I have tile. I am confused about this so I called the office today and I am waiting on there return call. Don't have me move in the heat and than not give me an apartment that is not a replica of the model. I moved from the front side because of all the noise on 1960 to the back and I enjoy the peace and quiet, but I am concerned about a few things. I wander who do they get to paint the apartments as they have done a terrible job in painting mine. I have told the office of this and they have come in and made a few changes. I will see what they say about my laminate flooring in the dining room and the foyer.

You know... I think that if you had a problem with the AC that that is a complaint. Guess what... Over half of the residences here have problems with their AC here, several times a year. Give it time It will go out again.
For the price that you are talking about you must have a one bedroom. When you renew your lease you will pay almost 200 dollars more. They get you in here on a low price then jack it up to renew. Those of us that do not have the money to move are trapped here. You will soon be paying a lot more then what the other apartments are charging for.

Well I got a call from the office today and when I get home on Monday my apartment will look like the model. I will have the laminate flooring in the dinning room and the front entrance. Yes, I am happy and look forward to the finished project.
