I have lived here at Greenwood Forest Apts. formerly Amli at Greenwood Forest since 2001 at that time, we had a least 1 reserved parking place (none now) and now, we have been told that they are not handing out more parking permits to the tenants and that is on a first come first basis and THAT'S UNACCEPTABLE for the price we pay or any time as some of us work late sometimes and those with more family, friends and such will take the places that are close to our apartments leaving us but not choice, to park further which is unsafe since you let our security go. You can say move if you don't like it but, you would not appreciate this if you were in our shoes. People, corporations need to care and just not be interested on making the mighty buck because eventually is going to hurt you too. We all work (most of us) for a living and are not asking for a handout as many others do.... it is not that per se, it is what they personify. We just want to know that you care and also to feel a little safer than we do now.
The "Community" here has gone downhill as they are renting to all kind of people and my guess is that is done without checking their background or how many people are going to be living in the apartment. There are idiots playing boom boxes at all time of night and I don't care what color (IT HAS CHANGED TREMENDOUSLY) they are as this should not happen as well as people working on cars, washing them (that was never allowed before) also, people drinking and bringing beer bottles and such to the pool area, trash thrown about every day,rude guests and their run rampant kids and no one takes action to stop it or take down the complaint. If it was not for the grounds person D. that lives on the premises and is always working and picking up after these morons, it would be worse. This was a nice place to live and now we only get excuses that this is happening all around us. Fine, it does not have to happen here, GET SOME SECURITY AS WE HAD BEFORE, MORE LIGHTS ARE NEEDED, ENFORCE THE RULES that are written on the lease, do something positive for the ones that abide by them and take care of where we live and just because the STAFF don't live here, that's not an EXCUSE!!. Someone should have been here yesterday to at least look over the damage... sure someone is here today which is a work day... that's bull ....!!!!!!!!. If I had as many excuses at work as I have been given my butt would be on the streets by now. Hiring the cheapest "M" labor is costing you more as the work that was done is poor, a so, so finish as the paint job is and touch ups are needed, landscape is not finished, the grass is dying because of too much water and it is looking slimy etc. PLEASE, SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE ASAP .... You have a nice place and a great location that's going downhill fast. Thank you for allowing me to express my frustration and disappoinment as I do like this place that I have called home for a few years and I just ask for you to care enough to change things for the better. Thanks again.

I could not have said it better!!! I thought for sure after the improvements that the management/ownership would be a little more cautious and perform criminal background checks, rental history, etc. OBVIOUSLY that is not happening. I am seeing GANGSTER looking individuals at all hours walking through the parking lot, sitting at the bottom of my stairs, trashing the place. Nobody I know feels comfortable going to the pool anymore. I am ready to JUMP SHIP and go somewhere else. This is ridiculous and not acceptable. I spent most of yesterday raking and picking up limbs, etc. I saw nobody except D at the property. If they continue to lease to the "crack dealer" "gangsters" that they are leasing to, I would guess their improvements will go down quickly. I thought things were getting better but it's very OBVIOUS I was wrong!!!! No security, no nothing, just a bunch of residents who most likely have 5 people living in the apartment so they can pay the bills. Get rid of the TRASH or LOSE good paying tenants!!!!
