We survived the hurricane and that is most important. True, not all of the maintenance staff were around on the day after the storm; but consider the fact they have places of their own to worry about. As soon as they could, they were here, busy cleaning and making sure the residents were OK.

Neighbors helping neighbors' yes, of course. I saw residents out helping to clean our complex. I understand people are still without power in the neighborhoods around us, and we should help out others. However, these "guests" should abide by our regulations just like we should. Large dogs, rude teens, and yes even rude adults are out all hours of the day and night. I can not believe how loud some people can be and then they leave their trash everywhere for our maintenance people to pick up.

...and now it again brings up the age old problem of PARKING!! WHY can we not have ONE assigned parking space somewhat close to our building' Should I be inconvenienced because some have more than one car, and their rude friends take up many more' For the amount of rent we pay shouldn't that include one space' Other amenities we use to enjoy have been taken away. Now we fight for a place to park. I actually had someone standing in an empty place, waiting for their friends to park, and waived me off.

Come on Greenwood Forest, give us something to look forward to when we come home.

I agree with everything said. Specially, "Guests" should abide by our regulations just like we should. Look around STAFF!!!. What do you really see?. Hear us.

I agree as I called the office this week to complain about having to park on the other side of the aparmtnet complex in a guest spot because when I arreived home over the weekend at 10:30 all spots by my apartmetns were taken. I went back out side at 12:15 a.m. and all the spots were open mysteriously. That just shows that all my neighbors had there guest parking where ever they could. Why should I be put out because others have guest that will not abide by the rules. Believe that when my least is up I will be looking for another apartment complex to move to.
