everything about these apartments is terrible.
management is horrible, rude and inconsiderate. one manager in particular liked to guilt trip people into doing things, like saying she can't ask another maintenance man to stay late again to go through trash to find a piece of mail so she'll know who to fine. that just seems very unprofessional to me.
good luck finding a parking space. enough said.
residents tend to keep to themselves or be rude.
no one picks up their dog ----.
always smell pot smoke.
always see people hanging around.
maintenance is slow. good luck with them arriving in a timely manner and getting the problem fixed.
the upgrades are gorgeous. we moved out before ours was done but woud have left anyways because of the new $1350 price tag. the location is fantastic, but the ghetto-ness and bad management of it all ruins the appeal. definitely not worth the money. buy a house f you want to spend that much.

I AGREE 100% WITH THE GHETTO COMMENT. YOU GOT THAT RIGHT AND THAT IS WHY I AM MOVING. NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF DOPE DEALING THUGS LIVING HERE.....
