My Husband and I have lived in Greenwood for almost 2 years now. We are moving out because managment here is horrific. Everyone knows how badly Hurrican Ike effected everyone. Damage here wasnt to bad we had one tree fall on a building but no serious damage was done it didnt even go thru the roof. Still It took over a Year for something unrelated to Ike to be fixed in our apartment. I had to eventually call the corporate office and still have not recieved an apology for it not being fixed in a timely manner. They blammed me and my husband saying we should have sent in more work orders. All the other bad reviews are pretty much what we have lived thru here as well. Just horrible experience all together. Managment never wants to help just wants to give excuses. I would highly think about your choice before you move in here because they are sweet as dolls the when you sign your lease and viscous vampires once you move in.

I have lived here almost 7 years and when I moved in, we had assigned parking places which I do miss but about the maintenance, I can say that I have been disappointed just a few times or so and they have worked with me to get the issue fixed when I brought it up to their attention again. I do not like the security issues or lack of as of late and the fact that the pool is just being used by certain people that may or may not live here even though Management sent out warnings about this and other concerns but, some people are just inconsiderate abusers that think they can't be told what to do. Unless we live in our own home, we all have to abide by the rules of the place where we reside. Don't' throw trash on the grounds, teach your kids to respect other's property, pick up your dog's waste, multiple car families remember, you are only allowed one permitted parking space and the other cars should be parked somewhere else so as to be fair to the other paying tenants that live close to you. Tenants, tell your guests to leave the permitted parking spaces for the tenants (you are told that when you move in) do not get upset if your/his/her car get towed because you don't have a permit sticker on your windshield. If we all do these small things, this place could be as nice as before and you the rule's breakers, you know who you are so, accept the consequences. Remember, no one owes any of us anything, this is just to make life easier on us all, working together and a way to get along better. Management, go check the southside and look for a Nebraska plate and stop the car repair shop, people taking the screens off their windows and infesting the apartment building with flies and if they like to live AL FRESCO, they should go to where this is allowed. It should not happen here as well as car washing, screaming kids and such. Thank you.
