Hampton Hill Apartments

Not Good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/7/2002 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2002   The management company, AIMCO, seems content to let the place get run down. Many of my maintenence requests have gone unanswered. Things that get vandalized are not fixed. Frequent water leaks from broken water mains that go unfixed for weeks. We are billed for water based on total usage - not by individual metering. Thus, we pay for the breaks in the mains and for other's water usage. The some of the lawns are not watered in the summer and die off. Pools are not well maintained. Office reps aren't too helpful.
