From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/6/2003 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999   Mangement of the complex have no clue when it comes to the rights of co-signers. A 6 months lease in 1998 is about to turn into an uncessary legal battle. Their unscrupulous tactics have resulted in adverse credit reporting which will be forwarded to the appropriate athorities. If you choose to rent here, please make certain that all "EVERY" conversation or request to the management is in writing, signed, acknowledged and notarized if necessary.
