Worst experience ever!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/8/2003 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003   I lived in the area 13 years and I can only say that this has been my worst experience... The office staff such as Rachel & Estela are the most rude and incompetent people I have ever dealed with. There was a big diference in this management in comparison when the previous manager and staff was taking care of business. If you ever live here the only person how you can deal with that won't treat you like an animal is Carlos. Nice person but the rest suck including the poor maintenance. Overall, I give it a 3!!!
