THIS COMPLEX HAS LACKED IN THE AREA OF MANAGEMENT SINCE I MOVED IN. SINCE DAY ONE, THEY HAVE MANAGED TO MESS UP EVERY TIME I HAD A NEED INVOLVING MY HOMES MAINTENANCE AND EVEN MAKE-READY WHEN I MOVED IN. I WAS GIVEN THE WRONG APARTMENT AND MAILBOX KEY WHEN I CAME, READY TO MOVE IN AND RUSHING TO COMPLETE THAT TIRESOME TASK AFTER HOURS OF WORKING TOWARDS MY GOAL. THE PLUMBING SYSTEM HERE IS THE WORST IVE SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH IT FOR ABOUT 90% OF MY STAY HERE. TO THEM, MOSTLY ANYTHING YOU CALL TO REQUEST A WORK ORDER ON IS "NOT AN EMERGENCY." IN OTHER WORDS, THE SO-CALLED EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE AVAILABLE 24/7 IS A JOKE BY ANY OTHER NAME.IT DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF HAVING AN ANSWERING SERVICE TO REPRESENT HARTFORD PARK WHEN THEY ARE NOT ON THE SAME PAGE AS THE MANAGEMENT TEAM IN TERMS OF PROCEDURES AND POLICIES FOR AFTER-HOURS CALLS AND EMERGENCY SITUATIONS. THE MANAGEMENT TEAM HAD NEVER BEEN ON TOP OF ITS GAME AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED. THEY ARE UNORGANIZED AS WELL AS SLOW IN RESPONDING TO MESSAGES AND REQUESTS FOR WORK TO BE DONE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO MOVE TO HARTFORD PARK APARTMENTS, UNLESS THEY WERE READY TO HAVE INCESSANT WORRIES ABOUT ALL THE PROBLEMS THAT ARISE DUE TO POOR CONSTRUCTION/FOUNDATION, LITTLE OR NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE MANAGEMENT ON SITE, AND SIMPLE DISINTEREST WHEN IT COMES TO TENANT SATISFACTION. SO TO ALL POTENTIAL TENANTS, PLEASE THINK TWICE AND IF YOU ARE SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING RELOCATING TO HARTFORD PARK IN HOUSTON TX, DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND CONTACT THEM TO PROBE ABOUT THE ALLEGED IMPROVEMENTS THEY PROJECT IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
