This complex was a former camden property in the mid to late 90s and even into 2000s. Over the past few years it has filled up with---------------------- from new orleans. GUNSHOTS are fired often, the car wash shooting with harolida revira covering it was a few blocks away. flooding, potholes, substandard maintance and upkeep, fires happen often, cops respond often to dometic violance, the laundry room floods, nasty apartments, getto stray dogs and cats, trash everyware, drug dealers, hookers. the place has rats, loud music all hours of the night, vandals, the board on the laundry room is true, as is the balcony fire from a BBQ, trash everywhere, stupid office staff, busted laundry machines, broken soda machine, break-ins happen often, auto theft, vandalism, peeping toms, muggiings, rapes, robberys, and criminals and drugs. gang bangers are takeing over. gunshots rule the area at night, the townhouses and houses in the area are unable to sell. STAY THE ---- AWAY!

Somehow I doubt that place was much different before the Hurricane Katrina evacuees from New Orleans moved in.

Umm well somehow I think you don't know this side of town very well. I lived in Chelsea court and my friend lived there BEFORE the hurricane and yes it did get worse. Want proof check out the city crime statistics for the west side before and after the hurricane. Heck the West side division had to create a whole new patrol unit to compensate for all the crime!

Euphoric is correct. The West Side was a MUCH MUCH MUCH nicer and safer place to live BEFORE the evacuees were shipped in. Since then, they have had a devastating effect on crime statistics, property values, personal safety, etc. etc. Singlehandedly, they changed the entire scope of life in West Houston, for the worst. Time to ship them back to the crime ridden ghetto they came from.
