The staff isn't spectacular, but we never had any major issues with them. There were a couple times when they closed up early and we couldn't get our packages. The apartment was fairly quiet with only minor bumps here and there. The appliances were very mediocre. There is an area for dogs to do their business, but we still had some near our front door. Water cut off from work on I-10 more than a few times, but after the second time they tried warn you when it was happening. Overall, the apartments were nothing to be excited about. Look around.
