Keep looking! Pretty outside , ugly inside! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/17/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   When I first moved to the Heritage it was very nice and the management was good but it has been downhill since then. I have watched the property change from nice and to not so nice and the management now sucks. My car was vandalized in the parking lot while I was at home and management did nothing about it.T They didn't even send notices out to inform the other residents. At one time I had the worse neighbors who would smoke weed on the patio. I had to call the office several times to report it. The Heritage is definitely pretty on the outside and ugly on the inside. Keep looking.
