We used to live there and yes the place is very nice to look at but the staff is so uncaring and seem to think that we are there for their convenience. I do believe that the President Mr. Joseph Espinoza needs to evaluate his employees every three months and send out flyers to the residents so that they can do the evalutations for him since its them that have to put up with their bad attitudes and rude responses toward the residents. Cause the residents are the ones that PAY ALOT TO LIVE THERE AND SEE WHAT THEY HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THE STAFF THAT SEEMS TO THINK THEY OWN THE BUILDING INSTEAD OF THE PRESIDENT AND GET STAFF MEMBERS WHO CARE ABOUT RESIDENTS. THE MANAGER THAT THEY HAVE THERE NEEDS TO GET MARRIED OR SOMETHING CAUSE SHE HAS LOWERED HER STANDEREDS TO GET A BOYFRIEND AND LETTING IN THUGGS TO ACCOMMODATE HER TASTE BUDS. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS! I KNOW THAT MY HUSBANDS COMPANY HAD SOME ROOMS THERE FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES AND NOW,, WELL NOW THE COMPANY HAS NO NEED FOR RUDE SERVICE THAT THE STAFF HAS TO OFFER ANY BUSINESS'AND IF THE PRESIDENT OF THE HERITAGE DOESN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS THEY WILL RUNE A GOOD BUILDING. A FORMER RESIDENT HOW LEARNED THEIR LESSON, TO ALWAYS LOOK BEFORE FALLING IN THAT DOOR STEP.
