Average From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   My wife and I got a job in Houston, and moved in. Within a month we were robbed in the middle of the day when my wife was out of the house for a couple of hours. We lived on the third floor. The office staff was helpful and prompt in getting our door fixed. Places like this need to have security guards, and not just occasional run-throughs by the police. We also had an incident where our tub (which was plastic, not porcelain) had a small crack that was leaking into the apartment below. The maintenance guy spend a day refinishing the tub, and then it was left for over a week before it was cleaned out. Everything else about this place is simply average. Nothing too special, but not horrible either.
