These apt look really nice inside cause they were just remodeled but the residents that live here are rude! the Office staff is rude and they do not care about you after you sign that lease agreement. I have had a bad roach problem, leaks in my ceiling, rude and noisily people live above me, damage to my car, and when i go to the office nothing they don't care at all. I have a bad air condition and it runs all the time and doesn't cool well. I can't wait to leave this nasty place.

I am a resident and just want to say that the office staff is super nice and has been good to us from day 1 we signed our lease. We even resigned it for another year since we like it so much. Maybe you wouldn't have roaches if you kept your apartment clean. If things are broken, go online and put in a maintenance request form. It is quick and they respond within a day. The maintenance staff is super nice too. You are just a complainer. If you don't like your neighbors, than BUY A HOUSE. You will have to deal with annoying neighbors when you live in an apartment. That is just the way it is. So get over it

F*ck you and your responses. You obviously work at the apt or you wouldn't be saying all these things. If you really live here than you would be saying all these things like we all did, since I wasn't the only one who made these kinds of comments.

Well the thing is the office staff is nice to you as long as you dont have any problems. Even regular maintenance issues, they are nice to talk to. But problem occurs when you hv bigger issues, they are not ready to cooperate at all ! Specially if the office staff makes a mistake like sending you evacuation notice even when you hv paid the rent, and you go and tell them abt it...they dont want to accept it was their mistake ! they wont even apologize ! My experience was exactly the same, when we signed the lease they were super nice but now they treat us like trash. Noisy neighbors...well you cannot do much abt it except buying your own house.
