I lived in this crappy complex for a little over a year. I was in apt. 916 and it was ok until we started snakes on our patio and right by the front door. I complained and they didnt do anything about it. I am not the only one who complained. Theyve been seen all over the compelx and mainly by the building right by the highway.

when we wanted to renew our lease we asked to be transfered to a second floor because i have a baby and there was no way i was gonna stay in that snake haunted apartement. well they wanted to charge us an extra 100 dollars. SERIOUSLY! the only reason we moving is because u wont do anything about the snakes. oh and they'll tell u they r garden snakes. they have no clue. the one i saw was at least 20 inches long and really thick.

After we moved out they sent me a letter syaing i owed 400 dollars for carpet replacement. they rooms were spottless and the living room had a few spots that i know could be shampood. I went back and talked to them and they said they have to change the carpet in the whole apartement. are u kidding me' they r upgrading my unitl and they r making me for the capret. I was so upset and paid the money because i never want to hear from them again.

Dont move there. its new management with new policies. I was paying 850 for the smaller 2 bed room and its not worth more than that. Look around there are apartements in the area that are nicer and cheaper.

Maybe they put them there to eat all the rats they have in the complex! they don't want to get rid of the rats either all in the walls you can hear them everywhere!
