The new management has messed up this place. The ladies in office, except Lisa, are really nice to talk to. But it does not appear that they are setup to do anything well other than leasing. Maintenance response has become horrible. Water bills are abnormally high. A/C runs but burns your wallet. Mice, roaches, snakes etc. Numerous apartments have this problem. Broken gates. Ofcourse, there is the periodic burglary or break-in notice letter. I wonder why the community is not shut down till these problems are resolved. Maybe it does not make $ense to the property owners to fix the problems as long as they can find someone to pony up top $. And they are upgrading some apts to charge more! Too many people in this company are not doing their jobs. My lease is up and I am moving, following others. New renters do make sure to ask about the problems and be ready to live with the problems.
