Hood With a View &Front office staff is incompetent!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006 1 response i lived there 2.5 years in a corner unit water front unit.Cieling fell in due to water damage ,Ac ran all the time. Electric bill was $250.00 and if you are not in the Click with manager and staff you will get nothing fixed. very biased management. i actually caught one of the leasing agents pissing under the steps to my house because he was drunk and the are no facilities by the volleyball court which makes for a very intresting water color in the pool. there are usaully 30-50 people playing volleyball every weekend brinking beer and smoking weed and pissing in the pool.I mean i like to party hell i like to party a lot but this is a very low class of party.I had to threaten not to pay rent and just to get simple things fixed still they only completed about half the list 2 years i aske them to fix the lock on bedroom window still was not fixed when i moved in Feburary...It really is a shame that property has some real possibilties but until they change management they will continue to be a low class community. It is not unusual to see leasing agents drunk on property apartment hopping with their click. Very overpriced ($980.00 a month) for what you get (premium price) if they did not have a view they would have no tennants. Also was supposed to have parking under my unit but due to the volleyballl mafia mostly people that just came to use the pool and Volleyball courts i very rarely got to use them, Management has vcery little to no control of their property. Also as i left there was more and more Crack activity and Police had people in handcuffs several times as my parents came to visit... very embarassing...... need i say more' Sorry Guys i had to sgive it this kinda of rating
