In reading the reviews below, everyone has an opinion. I have been here for almost 4 years and I can honesty say that Hidden Lake is a very nice place. I am extremely happy and have no plans on moving. On the weekends I take my two sons to the pool and it is not a "frat party" as some reviews say. It may be loud by the volleyball court but ITS A GAME. I think some people are just whinny. They have another pool in the back section but not as fun as the one behind the office....too quite. I see the office people come out and check our pool passes (little annoying) but I guess they have to make sure everyone belongs here. Plus I thought it was nice that they brought out popsicles for the kiddos.

I haven't had any issues with maintenance. My a/c went out last summer; the maintenance guys came right out and replace the whole unit. My light bill is higher then it has ever been this month. Not sure why, but I know its freakin hot outside!!!!!

I think anywhere you live you will have typical annoyances even if you are in a house. Loud cars going by, dog barking and kids yelling etc . But I also think some people are extremely.....lets say.....sensitive. I love my home here at Hidden Lake. They gave me a really good deal when I moved in and I just signed a renewal at the same rate. I'm really glad they didn't raise my rent now I can afford gas for my car. (LOL) I referred a coworker from NASA and the office credited my rent $300. No complaints here.
