The apartments are beautiful. Lovely taupe walls w/ crown molding, 9 ft ceilings, garden tubs, wine racks, and nice cabinetry to name a few...My building is very nice and quiet. Appears to be young married couples and one or two elderly women. But Ive seen and also heard rumors that this complex is putting minorities all on one particular side of the complex. And since Ive heard these rumors Ive noticed more and more this to be the case. There has also been two different occasions Ive been walking towards this side of the complex w/ my son and smelled weed being smoked.
Not to mention that, but there is a resident in the back corner of the complex who either has a chop shop, or is running a car sales business out of his garage. There are always cars taking up our parking spots that belong to him. These cars have no license plates on them and no registration on the front windows. There are usually at least 4-5 of them taking up public spaces at a time, which makes it difficult for us residents to find places close to the apartment. Ive made complaints on two different occasions. The response I got was, " Oh, is he doing that again' He's only supposed to be using his covered parking places that he pays for. I will look into it." Nothing changed. Cars remained and still remain right where theyve always been. Anyways..enough complaining from now..If you live on the right side of the complex, everything should be great..otherwise youre in for a ride..

The thing about Parking is so true. There is a person in Apt 920 who deals with cars, he gets a whole bunch of them and parks them in public parking places. The management knows about it but they can't do anything because he has lived there for ever. Please do no Lease in Buildings 9, 10 or 11.

I've lived in building 6 for a few years and it is pretty quiet. There were some drug dealers and prostitutes that moved in on the second floor, one of the girls carried a gun in her jeans. Thank God they moved out a few months ago. My car door lock and ignition was busted about that time but thankfully the car was still there! Lots of rough people from the ghetto apartments on the other side of 290 still come use the weight rooms and pools, but thankfully mgmt never fixed the basketball goal so they don't flock here like they used to.
