Well what can I say' We moved into this property thinking that it will be a dream place. Well it has been nothing less than a nightmare ever since. Here are a few things that we noticed
1) Gated community. Oh well what a secure place. The gate code is 6565. What a tough code...who would think that gate code will be the property address, 6565 Hollister St.
2) There are two gates which open up when someone with a card wants to get in. So it is easy to get in.
3) Parking is the biggest problem. Don't lease an apt towards building 9. There is a car dealer on the property and guess what the parking spaces are his sales lot.
4) The fitness center is a big joke. Most of the weights are missing. The equipment is broken. Added to that once in a while they change the timings. Last time I checked it was 9AM to 6Pm. That is u have to go work out before they close the leasing office.
5) You don't have to be on the property to swim in the pool. I have seen people swim and drive off in their cars. Of course the management knows about it...but they don't want to fix the locks on the small gates.
6) The ducks by the lake are fun but they make a mess everywhere. If you happen to visit the property, just walk by Apts in building #10.
7) Maintenance Service quality :- they fix it right but takes them weeks to get to ur apt.

Yes, I live in building 10 and the ducks make a horrible mess everywhere which maintenance refuses to clean up...Also I have complained over 5 times about the man who is selling cars out of his apartment and taking up our parking places. Still no results...I am sooo ready to move!!
