I am ashamed to say that I live in this hell hole. The "management" is rude and unprofessional. They are NEVER there to do their job even at their "hours of operation." I have no ceiling and am missing a wall since Hurricane Ike and yet they refuse to do anything about it. Aside from the fire hazard, the lack of insulation is unbearable with the change of weather! We have asked for them to fix it, to move to another unit, even to void our lease, and NOTHING!

That's a shame. I had to call the city on them to fix serious molding in my apartment. I ended up moving my family out despite not being released of my conctract. It was worth it.
