these apartments are so called luxury apartments, however, they are a lot of hoodlums and thugs living there, the management team sucks, and they are quite a few break ins that the management team do not report. i had a 14 month lease and i had a break in on the third floor, it was so easy for the thieves to exit because the gates are always open. i got out of there as soon as my lease was up. i hate that place, and the management, they show no concern for the residents, and all complaints are in vain. i do not recommend this place at all, in fact all the apartments in the hollister tidwell area are rubbish, and filled with theives and thugs. anybody considering moving in this area should not do so, the apartments are not that expensive but it is so not worth the trouble of living in the area, especially hollister place apartments.

I truly agree with you on your response. I moved out of Hollister place over a year ago and I am so happy. The management really do suck and I know that they try anything they could to try and make you stay at those apartments. I hated living there and I made it known to them numerous times. I agree, if anyone is searching for an apartment, please do not look at Hollister Place.
