Management is lousy and state laws are not adhered to by management. I was in a domestic violence situation where I was almost killed by an estranged boyfriend at hollister place and had to break lease for safety reasons. The management there let me out of the lease because of state laws that prohibit them from enforcing lease due to the circumstances surrounding me having to break the lease. Then a year later they sent my name to the credit bureau trying to collect the remainder of the lease even after I gave them documentation of the laws. Now I am having to pay a lawyer to sue them for damages. To make matters worse the apartments are under new management and ownership and they are trying to make a profit on my misfortune there.
