Standard sized aparments are tiny. And I mean tiny. If you can afford some of the larger renovations they might not be too bad.

Elevators were slow, and constantly breaking down while i was there.

Very moldy, air conditioned air had a very wet feel to it. Condinsation always leaked from the A/C and maintenance could not seem to do anything about it.

The location is great. Not having an electric bill was wonderful. The other tennants were very friendly and the apartment staff was courteous.

If you have more than one car, you have a problem here.

I have never lived in such a tiny apartment, but it was not too bad overall.
