I am a "long-timer" at this place...about 8 years. It is the worst it has ever been here now so don't rent here. Rude/Tactless General Manager, no a/c, tires stolen from cars in garage, maintenance never responds, can't drink water from facet, amenities out of date, green pool, black mold growing out of vents. Heat from lack of a/c makes cable reception VERY POOR so you will also have to call TWC a lot. Water off/on issues. They really need to shut down building for a year, make necessary repairs to update it and then re-open to lease again. I am now looking for new place. Parking sucks too. Only things going for this place are balconies, Wanda and Debra in mgt, and the convenience store.
