Houston House Apartments

Pretty Nice Overall.......... From: jamesd434328 Date posted: 3/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I lived there for only 6 months in 2005 and I really did enjoy it quite a bit. I lived on the 15th floor facing the city and the view was awsome.........and only being 7 blocks from work was good too. The leasing staff..Debbie and Wanda....and Debrah (front desk)......were great (I miss you all!!!) There were some issues but mostly things you would expect in a high rise now over 40 years old......occasional elevator break downs, the gym could use a facelift and new equipment, and maybe some new outdoor furniture in the pool area. Maint. was good to respond pretty quickly.......and I never had any problems with the parking area....Crime was not much a problem (Downtown is the safest in crime)....overall I enjoyed it and do miss being there!!
